Experience
Early in my career, I studied applied attachment research and co-led attachment-based parent–child groups at Montefiore Medical Center. The groups were developed in close collaboration with the attachment research lab at the New School, with a strong emphasis on supporting caregivers and understanding intergenerational patterns. I later continued advanced training in Child-Parent Psychotherapy through UCSF Child trauma research program, deepening my work with attachment, early development, and trauma-informed care.
After relocating to the Hudson Valley, I joined a large somatically oriented psychotherapy practice as both a clinician and clinical director. In addition to providing ongoing supervision to clinicians, I also supervised a Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy program, supporting training and clinical implementation.
My clinical background includes training in Somatic Experiencing, Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples (EFT), psychodynamic psychotherapy, trauma-informed psychotherapy, Harm Reduction, Implicit Psychotherapy, Child-Parent Psychotherapy, and infant and perinatal mental health.
I speak Hebrew and Spanish and grew up across multiple continents as a third-culture kid. These experiences continue to inform my sensitivity to questions of identity, belonging, and cultural context. I feel fortunate in my work to accompany clients as they deepen their understanding of themselves and cultivate a greater sense of home within.
